Tropical Fish International offers delivery to your door in one of our controlled vehicles.

This lowers your orders costs because you don't have to pay for this service if you qualified for free.

To qualified for free depend on the zip code and order amount. Also you can qualifie, but we do charge a delivery fee.

During the time of your delivery you have the option to inspect the livestock while under our driver's supervision. If something is wrong we refund this part.

For all air freight handled by the major airlines it is necessary for you to make your own arrangements for collection from the cargo depot at the airport. The cost for air freight charged by the airlines varies depending on location. It usually takes a minimum of half an hour after flight arrival before freight is available for collection. When the cargo is collected it is important to check the ‘consignment note’ to see how many boxes have been sent.

We will keep you update about your flight information and we provide a tracking number then you can see your flight schedule.
