Returns

If we delivery directly to your door and something happen with your product in the first 2 days then you get your product, put in the friser and let us know immediately, we are going to replace your product with the same, other, or your money back.

If the delivery is with other methods when you receive the product you have to take a picture before unpack, if some thing is damage or wrong you can send to us this picture and then we are shipping again or you can choose get the money back.

Refunds

Once we receive your picture, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We take care for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
